Let’s meet the Founder & chief executive officer of RGC!!!
Reece Calhoun! Hi! Welcome to RGC! I have been in the ABA field since 2015 and continue to strive as much as possible in it! I started as a therapist for my first job out of college and as insurance rules changed, I was the first Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for my company which not only opened my eyes to so much more, but paved a new way for my career. I began my first Masters at Arizona State University in 2016 and graduated with a Masters in Education with an Applied Behavior Analysis Concentration. I passed my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam in 2019 and have continued to use my BCBA since. I also pursued a second Masters in Psychology beginning in 2022 and completed in December of 2023. Being a BCBA has brought so much joy to my life and I love this field! I have been your typical BCBA, a remote BCBA, a Clinical Director you name it I’ve done it. Welcome to RGC!
Alex Ochoa-Chief Clinical Officer
Hi everyone! My name is Alex Ochoa. I am your Chief Clinical Officer for RGC. I will be spearheading and bridging the gap for individuals served with developmental disabilities and individuals living with mental health challenges. I have served in nearly all areas serving those with developmental disabilities and comorbid mental health diagnoses of all ages. I have worked in schools county and state level government from direct 1:1 behavioral therapy to conducting investigations for state level facilities and group homes. I earned dual Master’s degrees from Pepperdine University in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. I love spending all my free time being with my wife, son and two husky pups. We love traveling and all things Disney and Snoopy. I currently reside in the greater Waco, TX area. Thank you and I look forward to serving you at RGC!
Elizabeth Bain-Chief Operations Officer
Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth Bain and I am the Chief Operations Officer of RGC! | currently reside in the beautiful state of Rhode Island, which has been my home for the last 10 years. I am originally from Orange County, California and have loved being on both coasts. I love sports (football all the way!), enjoying the beach, true crime, and course and the most important, caffeine. I look forward to managing your progress and your learning. You will love what we have to offer here at RGC!
